Terms of service
These terms govern your use of HonchoSuite. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
HonchoSuite provides two integrated products: a Daily Brief — personalized morning intelligence on your competitors, regulatory jurisdictions, and strategic priorities — and a Thought Leadership Engine that helps you turn that intelligence into LinkedIn content in your own voice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HonchoSuite. The service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at minors.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful use, no interference with or disruption of the service, and no attempt to access data that is not yours.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans and cycles — monthly billing is the default; annual billing is available at a 15–20% discount.
- Upgrades — take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current cycle.
- Downgrades and cancellation — take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access continues until then, after which the account reverts to the free tier.
- Failed payments (dunning) — we retry 3 times over 7 days, then provide a 14-day grace period before downgrading to free.
- AI overage packs — on Starter, generation beyond the included limit is billed at $5 per 10-draft pack.
Payments are handled by our payment providers, not by HonchoSuite: Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for international customers — it is the legal seller, collects and remits applicable foreign tax, and issues your invoice. Razorpay serves customers in India, where HonchoSuite is the domestic merchant of record and issues GST-compliant invoices. HonchoSuite does not store your card data.
Your content and AI-generated drafts
You own the content you create. HonchoSuite generates drafts to assist you, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. HonchoSuite does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.
Content you publish to LinkedIn lives on LinkedIn and is governed by LinkedIn's terms in addition to these.
Third-party platforms
Your use of LinkedIn and any other connected platform must comply with that platform's terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party authorization the service relies on.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HonchoSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify HonchoSuite against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may cancel at any time (see “Subscriptions and billing”). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination, your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and give notice of material changes through the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
